I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of combined experience as a clinician, educator, and clinical supervisor. My goal as a therapist is to assist you in developing and strengthening any relationship in your life, whether it be with yourself, your partner, or your family. Working extensively with adults and adolescents has reinforced my commitment to helping all my clients manage the problems that confront them, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, sexual identity, substance use, divorce, loss and grief, parenting and stresses that arise during life’s transitions.
I recognize that we all enter into relationships with the best of intentions and sometimes find ourselves disillusioned by the amount of conflict we may experience. We can become so fearful that we find ways to sabotage these relationships and distance ourselves from the very thing we crave – human connection. I can help you feel more connected not only to others, but also to yourself.
What Do I Do?
Couples that seek out therapy are usually feeling symptoms of relational distress. They find themselves experiencing conflict more frequently and intensely.
